The "King" is back! It's Leg day, lets work!

Kai takes us through a full leg routine starting off with calves, then onto hamstrings, and finishes with quads. You’ll notice he does many warm up sets to prepare his joints for the workout; particularly super-setting leg extensions during his hamstring workout to prime his knees for quads later. Not the heaviest of sessions here, but his form is always done to perfection.
